Cancellation policies for regular bookings:

Travelers who cancel 72 hours before 23:59 CET on the day of check-in will not be charged a penalty.
Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 23:59 CET on the day of check-in will be charged the cost of 1 night + tax.
In the event of a No Show and therefore a No Show within the maximum arrival time indicated in the confirmation, the entire stay + taxes will be charged.

Cancellation policies for Non Refundable or Not Ref

Travelers who cancel at any time (including cases of no-show) will be charged 100% of the booking amount. No derogation will be taken into consideration other than the state of Natural Disaster or the state of National Emergency approved by the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, in which case a voucher will be issued or a change of dates will be arranged free of charge. The voucher will be transferable (unless previously communicated to the structure) and valid 365 days at the end of which the possibility of use can be extended or it can be refunded.
